The first ever Fish of the Day. Date:Monday, January 10, 2022 at 9:59am
I've decided emails are too boring and that there should be a more fun reason to check it, so I'm gonna have a fish of the day email.
Happy monday y'all, I'd like to show you a Californian Sheephead
This is a male sheephead, known by the scientific name of Semicossyphus pulcher. A part of the Labridae family, they are a Wrasse native to the eastern pacific ocean. They are a carnivorous fish that have teeth specifically for crushing hard shelled animals in their teeth to feed on them. All of them are born female, and the female sheephead looks incredibly different to the male sheephead.
The California Sheephead female changes sex determining on the amount of food and males durng a certain spawning season.

Look at this dude, got him some red eyes he does. He looks a bit stupid if I say so myself.
This concludes the fish of the day email, but I strongly push you to research for yourself the fish.
