Hello everybody, have a wonderful Tuesday after break! Today we will be focusing on the kuhli loach!
Known by the scientific name of Pangio kuhlii the kuhli loach is an eel-like freshwater bottom feeder from Indonesia. These fish are scavengers, eating anything they can find from small shrimp to organic food matter they can find from sorting through the sand.
Common in freshwater aquariums across the world, the kuhli loach is revered for their cleaning abilities in tanks. Matched with their long 10 year lifespan, and they are found with fish hobbyists anywhere.
